Sound familiar - like Congress passing the 2000-page plus Obamacare bill without reading it.<br /><br />And, guess what: After six hours of pretty meaningless debate (because no one had read the substitute bill being considered), it was passed out with all Republican members voting for it.<br /><br />[These Republicans who have voted for an 88-page substitute bill that they had not read, in case you or some of your readers might want to know, are: Reps. Kevin Pearson, Nick Larusso, Frank Hoffman, Paul Hollis, Tony Ligi, Alan Seabaugh, Kirk Talbot and Jeff Thompson.]<br /><br />Unbelievable!
