With all the Birther stuff regarding Obama, I caused me to wonder if this meant that he was seriously considering throwing his hat into the ring to make a run at the presidency.

Since, I don't normally read the Advocate (though I live in Baton Rouge) this took me by surprise since I had no previous knowledge or any glimpse of "Amrit" or any "birther" issues regarding our governor.

In the past, I've found the Advocate to be liberal and the T-P to be very liberal.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214951.post-32448515606098604092011-05-08T13:41:10.388-05:002011-05-08T13:41:10.388-05:00Mr. Harris Plutocrat misses the point...but, typic...Mr. Harris Plutocrat misses the point...but, typical for most who consider themselves intellectually above it all (as evidenced by the ridiculous nom de plume--and the fact that he [presumably] is too chickensh*t or self-important to reveal his [sic] true identity).

I get it though. Following in Linda Lightfoot's holier-than-though, lefty mode of operation, Carl Redman has taken The Advocate from "rag" to "rag not fit to wipe one's a$$ with." The blatant bias and overall poor reporting are going to (hopefully) drive it out of existence. And not that blatant bias is a bad thing--but have the balls to say you're biased upfront (like the Huff Post...not like Mr. Harris Plutocrat).R G Sandershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07072709417748135335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214951.post-79640509885445775652011-05-08T11:41:40.152-05:002011-05-08T11:41:40.152-05:00Perhaps the most hilarious thing you've ever w...Perhaps the most hilarious thing you've ever written: The liberal's "typical mode that believes self-righteous indignation adequately substitutes for reasoned analysis."

Consider for one moment, blog readers, the imagination required to fool oneself into thinking that the likes of Sarah Palin are bastions of even-keeled, empirical "reasoned analysis", which is supposedly contrasted with hysterical "self-righteous indignation" of the likes of Obama and Jim Lehrer. This is truly a breathtaking moment for you, Jeff. Your imagination is truly unparalleled. Hell, it was southern conservatives like you who held their own "National Indignation Convention" to self-righteously shriek about communists.Mr. Harris Plutocrathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14272042050207617611noreply@blogger.com
